We are seeking a results-driven and analytically strong leader to oversee Performance Management, and Commercial Controls within the Strategic Planning function. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management to support business growth and transformation.
Performance Management
Develop and implement enterprise-wide performance management frameworks and KPIs covering Technology and Operations.
Lead the performance review cadence, including quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles.
Develop and maintain Performance Dashboards – ‘Tech & Ops Cockpit’
Partner with specific teams to track progress against strategic goals and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide actionable insights through performance dashboards and executive reporting.
Commercial Controls
Establish and maintain commercial governance frameworks to ensure financial discipline and risk mitigation.
Monitor and control commercial commitments, investments, and spend across strategic initiatives.
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Lead post-investment reviews and benefit realization tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present materials for executive committees and board-level discussions.
Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years of experience in performance management, business planning, or commercial governance roles.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in strategic planning or transformation programs is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
