Work Location : IOI City, Putrajaya Work Arrangement : Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week) Role Overview : You will work on innovative products and technologies, collaborating with a high-caliber team to solve complex challenges. This role offers the opportunity to build deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong problem-solving skills while delivering high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and test large-scale distributed software systems using modern technologies.

Implement agile best practices to ensure high execution speed and quality.

Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues.

Share knowledge and mentor other team members.

Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery cycle.

Collaborate with your team to solve challenging problems creatively and efficiently.

What to Expect Day-to-Day : You will work in a full-time Agile development team, engaging with Scrum teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and QAs. This role requires a proactive, self-driven mindset and a passion for delivering quality software. You will contribute your expertise daily, take ownership of your work, and thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment. Experience Required : 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies accepted).

Strong understanding of software development processes, including testing, code quality, and design.

Experience as a technical lead on a project.

Background in supporting production systems for business users is a strong advantage.

Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sector is preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Java, Angular, and NoSQL technologies.

Experience with agile development practices, including automated testing, deployment automation, and CI / CD.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and apply emerging trends and best practices.

Academic Requirements : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

Alternative learning paths (e.g., coding bootcamps) will also be considered.
