Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, employer branding, and engagement initiatives. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external institutions to attract, engage, and retain top talent, including interns and fresh graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Plan and execute career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and business partners to develop robust talent pipelines.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement programs, and company-wide events.
- Handle HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Represent the company professionally in both formal and informal settings.
- Deliver presentations and confidently speak at public forums as part of recruitment or branding efforts.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years proven recruitment experience .Hands-on experience with campus recruitment, career fairs, or related initiatives.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners.Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English (written & spoken) .High level of confidence and professionalism in external-facing engagements.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
