Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive back‑end support to business stakeholders for broking operations.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to insurer and client processes for new business and renewals, including Quotations, Placing Slip, Summaries of Cover, Debit Notes, invoice and policy dispatch.
• Assist with policy verification, data management, and various project tasks in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Turnaround Times (TAT), accuracy targets, and overall business goals.
• Perform general and ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
