Full Time Service Crew (One Utama Shopping Mall )

Rolling shift, timetable arranged by shop leader / area manager (please strictly follow the schedule).

Job Scope :

  • Prepare ingredients (Tea, Pearl, Ice cream, Lemon and etc.)
  • Help customer to make order, cashiering
  • Prepare order (Prepare Milk tea or Ice cream)
  • Arrange stock when arrive 6 : cleanse the equipment before go back home

Job requirement :

  • Follow shop SOP (Cleaning SOP, prepare ingredient SOP all should follow)
  • Serve customer professionally (polite and smile)
  • Able to cooperate with all staff in the shop
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay
  • Punctual, do not apply leave last minute
