To strengthen and uphold the Group’s governance, compliance and ethical framework through effective policies, monitoring and advisory. The role ensures adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements while promoting / safeguarding the Company’s transparency, accountability and an integrity-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance – Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies and practices aligned with Bursa Malaysia’s Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016, MCCG, AMLA, PDPA, etc.
- Regulatory Compliance – Monitor compliance with relevant laws and liaise with lawyers and regulators, when necessary. Identify emerging changes and communicate updates.
- Integrity & Ethics – Implement the Group Integrity Plan, lead implementation of Anti-Corruption framework, including Section 17A compliance. Manage whistleblowing mechanism and investigations. Successful rollout of integrity programmes.
- Policy Enhancement – Review and streamline policies and procedures and develop new ones as necessary. Champion the ISO 9001 : 2026 implementation.
- Monitoring & Reporting – Oversee enterprise-wide risk management and ensure effective risk mitigation and reporting processes. Conduct compliance reviews and prepare dashboards for GMD and Board Committees, whenever necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or related discipline.Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in governance, compliance or legal.Listed company exposure preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
