• About the Role
• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and support the marketing and sales efforts for Single Premium, Regular Premium, Credit Life, and SME Employee Benefits (EB) products in collaboration with our bank partner. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching frontliners, managing campaign execution, and supporting regional reporting and review activities to ensure achievement of business targets.
• Sales & Performance Management
• Drive sales targets across key product lines : + Credit Life + Regular Premium + SME EB & Others
• Enhance productivity and penetration rates of Financial Executives (FE) and Unit Trust (UT) consultants.
• Promote Vitality attachment and overall regional sales performance.
• Relationship & Channel Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers.
• Review Bancassurance performance regularly and develop strategies to meet branch-level targets.
• Training & Coaching
• Conduct regular coaching sessions : + Rookie FE (

1 year) : 1 session / month + Monthly engagement with FE (UT)
