Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certification TOGAF) is a plus. Proven experience as a Chief Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior architecture role within the BFS / insurance industry. Extensive experience dealing with BNM regulations and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malay and English.
Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint to ensure alignment with BNM regulations.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management, business units, and IT teams to ensure the architecture aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide guidance and oversight on architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture.
- Ensure the architecture supports scalability, security, and performance requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation.
