Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing)
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting, ensuring financial health and discipline
- Coordinate audit, tax submission, and liaise with external consultants
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SST, income tax, etc.)
- Track project costing and profitability reports
- Work closely with HR and Project Teams to sync financial records and documentation
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for decision-making
- Continuously propose process improvements for better efficiency and control
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all financial data
