Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls and provide timely, professional assistance to customers regarding vehicle insurance plans.
  • Deliver expert guidance on car insurance products to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize essential documents for both internal use and external communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes and support the administration and accounts departments as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks as delegated by your immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements & Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, excellent multitasking abilities, and solid interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Willing to be based in Telok Panglima Garang.
  • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
