Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning or production scheduling
- Proficiency in using ERP / MRP systems and production planning software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce costs
- Facilitate communication between production teams and management
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies
