Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field. At least 1 year of working experience in administration, procurement, or project coordination. Reliable and thorough in carrying out responsibilities with strong sense of accountability. Good communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers, internal teams and authorities. Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy, and able to work in a cost-conscious manner.
We are looking for a proactive individual to support our network development and project administration functions. This role involves handling procurement, project coordination, licensing documentation, and administrative support for development and renovation projects.
Job responsibilities :
- Source quotations from suppliers for price comparison and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules and lead times.
- Prepare purchase orders for management approval and maintain accurate records and filing.
- Verify and compile invoices and supporting documents for finance submission.
- Prepare and organize documentation for license applications and renewals.
- Compile and manage documentation required for authority submissions.
- Support coordination of new project initiatives and development works.
- Assist in branch development and renovation projects (e.g., CCTV, air-conditioning).
- Update and maintain records for maintenance contract renewals.
- Track and maintain records for ESG reporting submissions.
