Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our IT team as Software Engineer Interns. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), enabling interns to gain practical skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world projects, develop problem-solving abilities, and grow their technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications under supervision.
  • Support the team in documenting requirements, specifications, and technical processes throughout the SDLC stages.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and debugging tasks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Research and explore new tools, technologies, or methods that could enhance project outcomes.
  • Provide support in maintaining and improving existing applications or systems.

Learning Outcomes :

By the end of the internship, interns will :

  • Gain a strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Improve proficiency in coding, debugging, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strengthen teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills through collaboration with professionals.
  • Build a solid foundation for a future career in software engineering and IT systems development.

    • Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge quickly.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Pay : RM RM1,000.00 per month
