About the role

Join the dynamic team at Effenzee Rich Sdn. Bhd. as a Spa Therapist in our Sepang, Selangor location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality spa and beauty treatments to our valued customers, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

What you’ll be doing

Performing a range of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps and scrubs

Ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients

Providing personalised recommendations and advice to clients on their treatment and product choices

Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards

Restocking and organising treatment rooms and product supplies

Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

What we’re looking for

Formal qualification in beauty therapy, massage or a related field

Possesses a Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate.

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a spa or beauty therapist

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for making clients feel special

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a range of shifts including weekends and public holidays
