Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Product, Tech & Business Security teams during a period of rapid growth. This role is pivotal in aligning our people strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our organizational structure, culture, and talent management processes support our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Partner with product and tech leadership to align people strategy with business goals
Advise on org design, role clarity, succession planning, and team scaling
Support change management, communication, and leadership alignment
Talent Management & Coaching
Design and drive performance, feedback, and growth programs
Coach leaders and ICs across the product and engineering functions
Support workforce planning and talent development across squads
Team Health & Culture
Drive initiatives to improve engagement, inclusion, and retention
Launch and analyze pulse surveys across tech teams
Shape team rituals, DEIB strategies, and manager capability programs
HR Ops & Process
Implement people systems and policies that balance speed and structure
Use HR data to inform leadership decisions and track progress
Partner with recruiting, finance, and legal as needed
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in fast-growing tech environments
Experience working directly with product managers, engineers, and designers
Strong track record of leading org development, team health, and performance systems
Clear communication style, bias for action, and people-first mindset
Comfort operating autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting early-stage or startup product and engineering orgs
Familiarity with compensation frameworks, leveling, and calibration
Exposure to DEIB program design or implementation
Background in coaching, org design, or business psychology
