Job Summary

Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition (PwC Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur)

PwC Malaysia offers a career in Human Resources within Internal Firm Services to help leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You will focus on supporting local offices in driving the firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting firm‑wide values by working with core competencies that measure and drive success in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
  • Communicate and collaborate with line managers on role requirements and vacancy descriptions.
  • Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain data integrity in internal systems.
  • Mediation between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring process.
  • Represent the firm at recruitment events, career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding) for experienced candidates.
  • Track record delivering the lifecycle process, including hiring manager communication, talent recommendations, job description posting, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, tailored appropriately by audience.
  • Experience confirming candidate assessment against defined interview standards and DEI requirements.
  • Ability to interpret data and collaborate with stakeholders to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality.
  • Minimum Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Certifications are not required.
