Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition (PwC Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle.
- Communicate and collaborate with line managers on role requirements and vacancy descriptions.
- Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain data integrity in internal systems.
- Mediation between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring process.
- Represent the firm at recruitment events, career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.

Experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting (sourcing to onboarding) for experienced candidates.Track record delivering the lifecycle process, including hiring manager communication, talent recommendations, job description posting, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, tailored appropriately by audience.Experience confirming candidate assessment against defined interview standards and DEI requirements.Ability to interpret data and collaborate with stakeholders to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.Managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure compliance, consistency, and quality.Minimum Experience
3 to 7 years of experience in recruiting or related talent acquisition roles.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).Certifications are not required.Additional Application Instructions
