Job Title : Data Migration Lead

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to the new solution.
  • Define data migration strategies, methodologies, and tools.
  • Analyze and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and integrity during migration.
  • Develop and execute data migration scripts and processes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate migrated data and resolve issues.

Key KPIs / SLAs :

  • Successful migration of data within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
  • Minimization of data migration errors and discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with data migration outcomes.
  • Seamless transition from legacy systems to the new solution.

    • Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably in large-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of data migration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
