GCPV & PW4 Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Wireman ( PW4) to lead our installation team for residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role involves electrical wiring, supervising the installation crew, and ensuring smooth and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar PV systems according to Energy Commission (ST) standards.

Supervise and coordinate installation team members on-site.

Transport team and equipment to project sites, ensuring all tools and materials are prepared.

Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ensure installation quality.

Prepare installation records, testing reports, and "as-built" drawings.

Communicate with clients, engineers, and inspectors when required.

Requirements

Valid PW4 license (Energy Commission, Malaysia).

GCPV (Grid-Connected PV) certification is an advantage.

Minimum 3–5 years of electrical wiring experience.

Experience in solar installation and team leadership is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV components.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to read electrical plans and schematics.

Valid driving license required.

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

• PW4 / GCPV (Preferred)
