About the Role

The Architecture Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting ResMed’s global architecture function. This position is designed to ensure the smooth operation of key governance bodies such as the Enterprise Architecture Council (EAC) and the Global Architecture Forum, enabling effective coordination, documentation, and follow-through on architecture decisions and initiatives.

You’ll be instrumental in bridging communication between architecture teams and leadership, maintaining critical registers, and driving operational excellence across architecture activities.

About the Team

As part of the architecture function, you’ll collaborate closely with solution and domain architects across geographies. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between the broader architecture community and the EAC, ensuring that decisions, technical debt, and strategic initiatives are well-documented and actionable.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to hold contributors accountable to timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Documentation

  • Capture and translate EAC discussions into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Maintain high-quality registers for architecture decisions and technical debt.

Coordination & Communication

  • Organize and facilitate monthly EAC sessions, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate regular Global Architecture Forum activities and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Portfolio & Artefact Management

  • Manage and update architecture artefacts such as application inventories, data catalogues, and business capability models.
  • Support Application Portfolio Planning by gathering investment requirements and maintaining repositories.
  • Tool Administration

  • Assist in the administration and upkeep of the EA modeling tool Abacus, including model development and data integrity.
  • About You

    Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of business analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to work with solution and domain architects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Tools & Knowledge

  • Experience with modeling tools and developing business process or data models is a plus.
  • Exposure to architecture frameworks, terminologies, and governance practices.
  • Education & Interests

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Interest in software architecture and enterprise design is highly desirable.
