Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and at least 2 years of experience in procurement payments, procurement operations, or financial payments.
• Proficiency in English at CEDR B1.B2 equivalent or higher level (strong reading and writing skills, effective listening and speaking abilities for basic daily communication).
• The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, self‑motivation, and a willingness to take on challenges. They should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to personal and company development and stability.
• In addition to English proficiency, BPO personnel who can also communicate in Japanese, Korean, Malay / Indonesian, and Chinese are preferred.
• Prior experience in OA system and SAP system would be advantageous.
