Inventory Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

PANDA EYES Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute inventory audit tasks to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Perform analysis on inventory data to identify discrepancies and root causes.
  • Generate, compile and prepare inventory audit related reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, production, sales & marketing to resolve inventory related issues.
  • Coordinate and participate in stock take exercise.
  • Any other related job assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma in Finance or Accounts or any related studies.
  • Computer literate – Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Stock Management System.
  • Good communication & analytical skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Willing to work beyond normal office hours and travel.
  • Prefer Mandarin speaking.
