  • Register incoming cases from dental clinics and ensure all necessary case details are complete and accurate. -Schedule and arrange courier services for delivery and pick up cases. -Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.  -Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office. -Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and professional.  -Maintain and organize proper filing and data entry.   • Candidate must at least complete and pass SPM. -Good proficiency in verbal and written English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to multitask and prioritize effectively. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and efficiency.
