We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development activities across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on driving growth in the wholesale market segment and overseeing inside sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales Leadership
- Drive sales growth within the SEA region through distributors.
- Develop and execute annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and supporting customer needs.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage logistics and service solutions for key accounts.
- Track pipeline performance and support targeted sales campaigns.
- Operational & Strategic Contribution
- Ensure sales performance is aligned with growth targets, market expansion goals, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor revenue streams and ensure margin optimization.
- Review sales reports, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Contribute to regional business development and marketing strategy.
- Gather and report customer feedback on products and market opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, ideally with regional exposure in SEA.Proven experience with wholesale / distribution market.Background in fluid power or related technical industries is strongly preferred.Strong understanding of distribution networks in SEA.Seniority level
