About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll be responsible for elevating our digital presence across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website optimization. Your work will directly influence lead generation, user experience, and overall business performance. You’ll collaborate with global teams, leverage advanced tools, and manage campaigns that reach audiences across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Manage and optimize website content and structure using Optimizely CMS.
- Ensure seamless UI / UX across devices and improve site performance.
- Coordinate updates and campaign launches with internal teams and external agencies.
SEO & PPC
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings.Support regional agencies in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified traffic.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.Email Marketing
Execute targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools.Segment audiences, A / B test subject lines and content, and optimize for engagement and conversion.Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs across all digital channels and provide actionable insights.Use data-driven strategies to continuously improve performance.Work closely with global digital and content teams to align messaging and maintain SEO best practices.Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.What We’re Looking For
Experience : Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.Skills : Proven expertise in SEO and PPC campaign management.Technical : Proficiency in Optimizely CMS, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.Mindset : Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving user experience.Soft Skills : Excellent communication and project management abilities.Bonus Points For
Experience working with international teams.Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows.Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.What We Offer
