Human Resources Manager
Location : Medi Beaute WP, Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department and enhance our Human Resources function, with a key focus on staff engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience. This role is critical in shaping a positive and high‑performing work environment by driving HR strategies that align with our company values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Engagement & Culture
Develop and lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Conduct regular engagement activities, analyze results, and implement action plans.Organize and oversee staff recognition programs.Act as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador within the organization.Engage with Centre and Head Quarter staff.Partner with stakeholders and JV directors to align HR practices with business objectives.Lead HR planning, policy development, and implementation in accordance with labour laws and best practices.Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.Talent ManagementOversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Support onboarding, career development, and succession planning initiatives.Implement performance management systems that promote continuous feedback and development.HR OperationsOversee and supervise HR team members to support daily operations.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with Directors.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Preferably possesses HR operations experience in the retail or beauty industry.Strong experience in employee engagement, communications, and culture‑building.In‑depth experience in HR best practices and change management.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.Possess own car.Able to read and write in English and Chinese is an added advantage.Willing to travel frequently (40 % – Klang Valley & outstation).Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across departments.Salary range : RM8,000 - RM10,000.Other Information
