    • In This Role

    In your first 3 months :

  • Our client believes games bring people together and we value diverse talent pools from day one. You will be introduced to TDCX Malaysia, our values and culture, through a structured Induction Program.
  • You will receive world-class, structured training to equip you with the right knowledge and skills for the role.

    • In 6 months :

  • Your leader will set clear goals for you to unlock, and you will work with your team to ensure millions of players have the best experience. Who are we looking for in Game Ambassador?
  • We structure our rewards and growth plan to help you grow, treating you as a human being, not a resource.
  • A good articulation in Global English and familiarity with pop culture are helpful for interacting with players worldwide.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in any field.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Strong communicator with emphasis on listening and empathy for customers.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making to identify needs of players.
  • A focus and passion for resolving issues for gamers.
