Job descriptionOversee all safety and health matters at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment. Develop, implement, and maintain an Occupational Safety & Health Management System in line with relevant government regulations. Conduct safety inductions for new workers, subcontractors, and visitors; ensure awareness of all ESH procedures. Lead incident / accident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Liaise with relevant authorities and clients on all safety and health-related matters. Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, inductions, and other relevant sessions to promote a safety-first culture. Monitor and inspect safety equipment to ensure availability, serviceability, and compliance. Perform routine inspections of subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and related regulations. Carry out other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type : Contract
Contract length : 10 months
Pay : RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
