Oversee all safety and health matters at the construction site to ensure a safe working environment.Develop, implement, and maintain an Occupational Safety & Health Management System in line with relevant government regulations.Conduct safety inductions for new workers, subcontractors, and visitors; ensure awareness of all ESH procedures.Lead incident / accident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.Liaise with relevant authorities and clients on all safety and health-related matters.Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, inductions, and other relevant sessions to promote a safety-first culture.Monitor and inspect safety equipment to ensure availability, serviceability, and compliance.Perform routine inspections of subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and related regulations.Carry out other duties as assigned by the management from time to timeRequired language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
