Integrate global ERP, warehouse, and logistics systems with shop-floor applications, sensors, PLCs, and automation layers.
Enable bi-directional data flow between factory systems and enterprise systems.
Design solutions that leverage both on-premise and cloud integration components for hybrid factory ecosystems.
Work with vendors and partners to ensure system compatibility, reliability, and performance.
Familiarity with industrial communication and integration protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, REST, SOAP, etc.).
Proven experience integrating on-premise systems with cloud and edge environments.
Deep knowledge of hybrid integration patterns, real-time streaming, and event-driven architectures.
Awareness of cybersecurity and compliance standards in manufacturing and IT integration contexts is a plus.Hands-on experience with

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Automation, or related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise or factory integration, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience designing and implementing hybrid integration between cloud and on-premise systems.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT and factory operations.
Experience managing and mentoring technical teams across multiple domains.
Proven track record of successfully delivering integration projects.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
Fluently communicating in English (verbally and writing).
Open mind and positive can-do attitude.
Initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
