Overview
Platform Administrator : To manage multiple user access rights, user maintenance, and resources allocations. Project Managing, Execution & Monitoring : Set up, execute, and digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, web, Senheng App, and relevant on ground activities. First Party Data Integrity : Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems. Users Segmentation & Personas : Create, maintain, and validate first party data users into segments and personas to fit campaign objectives, including analyzing users’ behavior across Senheng’s digital touchpoints. Collaboration : As a traffic controller between internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and timely. Testing & Optimizing : Conduct A / B and multivariate testing; monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and refine campaigns accordingly.
