BLH ECOENERGY SDN. BHD. is a fast-growing company specializing in EV charger station installation and related services in Kuantan. The company sells EV chargers, operates generation facilities that produce electric energy, and offers other retail sales.
Job Summary / Objective
This role is responsible for driving business growth by expanding our customer base, promoting our EV chargers and installation services, and consistently achieving or surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting / exceeding KPIs.
- Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities in the EV charging sector within an assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including businesses and residential customers.
- Provide expert advice and solutions regarding EV charging installation services, interacting with customers to understand their needs, offer professional advice, and ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for clients and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.Electrical technical background an added advantage.3-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy, electric vehicles, technology, or construction industries.Experience in technical sales (e.g., electric vehicle charging stations, solar power systems) a distinct advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.Strong problem‑solving skills and presentation ability.Excellent communication skills – both oral and written. Mandarin communication is a must with China business partner.Willing to travel with a valid driver’s license and own transport.Salary and Benefits
