Occupancy and Revenue Maximization through Pricing and Upselling -Use dynamic pricing tools and manual strategies to adjust rates based on seasonality, demand, competition, and events. -Monitor key metrics like RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), and Occupancy Rate. -Collaborate with front-line teams to implement guest upselling strategies (e.g., late checkouts, transport, special packages). 3. Direct Booking and Corporate Booking Optimization -Respond to booking inquiries quickly and professionally via website, WhatsApp, social media, or email. -Develop promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to encourage repeat and direct bookings. -Work with B2B partners to secure long-term or group stays. -Track conversion rates of inquiries to bookings and optimize response SOPs accordingly. 4. Channel and System Integration Management -Oversee the synchronization between PMS (Property Management System), Channel Manager, CRM, and OTA platforms to avoid double bookings and errors. -Coordinate with tech team / vendors to solve integration issues or improve system flow. -Ensure rates, availability, and content are updated in real-time across platforms. 5. Implement and Execute Upselling Strategies for Additional Revenue -Design upsell options -Create SOPs or scripts for staff to offer these upgrades at appropriate touchpoints (during inquiry, confirmation, pre-arrival, or check-in). -Track conversion rates of upselling offers and fine-tune offerings based on performance. 6. Setting Timetable for Marketing Team and Standby Duty for OTA / System Matters -Coordinate a roster among marketing or operations team members for weekend / holiday OTA monitoring. -Set a calendar for weekly or monthly campaigns (e.g., flash sales, festive promos). -Ensure someone is always assigned to resolve time-sensitive OTA / system issues (price mismatches, booking failures). 7.
