Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Autocount is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical documents, including invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), and other administrative records.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters, packages) professionally and timely.Create, update, and maintain databases and records for personnel, vendors, and clients.Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders to HQ when necessary.Assist in stock count or tracking administrative inventory if needed.Provide administrative support across departments and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.Support the team with a positive, collaborative attitude and contribute to a productive work environment.Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, or visitors and escalate issues when necessary.Benefits
