Managing different stakeholders (KOL, suppliers, crews and clients) and coordinating events to deliver quality experience. -Assist event team to plan event and preparation from start to finish within budget according to the requirements. -Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. -Assisting on-site operations during event (Petrol claims provided if you are required to use your own transport). -Night shift and OT allowance provided. Candidate must be currently pursuing diploma or bachelor’s degree in Event Management / Business / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent. -Strong command of English. -Has driving license (Class D). -Has own transport to travel around. -Excellent in interpersonal skills and communication skills. -Responsible, positive and self-driven. -6 working days (might off on weekday)
