About the Team As a part of the global ZF Group, ZF product has been a reliable partner for over 100 years within the automotive and industrial industry. What you can look forward to as Buyer : To manage local material, oversea material, indirect material purchase, expedite, de-expedite, or cancellation with suppliers per weekly MRP loading, to improve on Customer order fulfilment rate, to optimize production planning, reduce inventory level, reduce inbound cost. To co-ordinates purchasing activities with sourcing, Engineering, planning, customer service and Program team eg NPI, resource, Engineering change request. Preparing reports such as Material Intake Report with supplier commitment, Goods-in-transit report. To participate on Lead time and MOQ reduction program, Safety Stock implementation, Risk Buy Management, Staggered inbound program, cost management, local supplier tooling arrangement. Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administrative Minimum 3~5 years working experiences in Supply Chain, preferably Executive specializing in purchasing / planning or equivalent. Able to communicate well in spoken & written (English, Bahasa Malaysia). Strong communication, analytical, problem solving skills. Adaptability, flexibility and systematic.
