Release Train Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead an Agile Release Train and embed SAFe practices across product lines in Asia. This role combines delivery leadership and agile coaching : you will drive program-level planning and execution, ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders, and help product managers, architects, and delivery teams mature into sustainable agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience orchestrating Agile Release Train execution, ensuring alignment, risk management and measurable delivery across multiple teams
• Coordinate program increment (PI) planning, manage dependencies and drive execution across multiple product lines
• Act as a delivery leader, ensuring commitments are met and risks are addressed promptly
• Provide practical coaching and guidance to teams, product managers, and architects on SAFe practices—focusing on adoption while staying accountable for results
• Support pilot initiatives to establish SAFe practices in teams with limited exposure and maturity
• Work closely with leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency and a clear focus on business value
• Continuously improve ART performance through retrospectives, feedback loops and metrics-driven insights
• Contribute to building an internal agile community of practice by sharing lessons learned, templates, and facilitation techniques
