Project

  • Global L2 support for SE Asia, UK & North America

    • Must Have

  • SQL

    • Nice to have

  • JSON / XML data formats
  • REST API understanding and troubleshooting
  • HAR file analysis and debugging
  • .NET

    • Level / Grade

  • 2 + years in an application support or engineering role
  • Reporting to the IT Service Manager based in KL
  • Application support team is 6 people, multi cultural team, of various ages & backgrounds

    • Location

  • 100% remote work (has been 100% remote since 2021)
  • Must be able to work on 2 week rotational shift
  • Start times 8am, 10am, 12pm, 5pm (40 hours per week)

    • Encouraged to apply

  • You may be a software engineer, application support or IT business Analyst
  • You may be retuning to work after a break and seek a 100% remote job
  • Someone based outside of KL (may need to come to KL once a month)
  • Diploma or degree holders welcome to apply
