Job description

The opportunity Bringing order to learning claims and regulatory requirements, the coordinator will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within the Learning Deployment Team. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the administrative tasks assigned to you.

Your key responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be below :

Complete and submit Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) documentation for training claims, including JD14 and T3 forms.

Assist project teams in registering training programs as HRDC claimable.

Manage the shared mailbox and responding promptly to inquiries from clients and HRDC officers.

Provide administrative support to the EY Tax Academy team as needed to ensure smooth operations e.g. organizing events, issuing quotations, invoicing, and e-certificates

Skills and attribute to success

Familiarity with HRDC requirements and documentation

Well-organized with high attention to detail

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Strong verbal and written communication skills (both English and Bahasa Malaysia) to interact with clients, project teams, and HRDC officer

Competence in administrative tasks

Ability to work collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Word and MS PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role, you must have

Understanding of HRDC processes and documentation requirements is highly desirable

At least Diploma in Business Administration / Management, or a related field

Experience in administrative role, preferably within HR or training environments.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in administrative support or equivalent
