Overview

Mall Manager - Based in AEON Mall Kinta City, Perak : Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment. Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, and occupancy rates. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic. Monitor and optimize mall profitability and revenue streams. Ensure facility maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for business growth. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to enhance mall performance. Lead and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mall operations to maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Manage tenant relationships, lease agreements, and occupancy rates.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years in mall management, retail operations, or property management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property regulations.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize revenue.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance visitor experience.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required.
  • The candidate must be able to work in AEON Mall Kinta City, Perak.
