Job descriptionPreferably a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting. Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience. A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player. Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems. Able to interpret and analyse financial statements. Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
Job Descriptions
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of various insolvency engagements such as liquidations, and receiverships.
- Attend to statutory and compliance procedures for insolvency engagements.
- Assist seniors / managers in restructuring engagements.
- Assist seniors / managers in investigative work for assets recovery.
- Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, lawyers, and other advisors.
- Draft reports, correspondences, and other deliverables to clients and other parties such as financial institutions and authorities.
