Assist an International NEW BALANCE as their eCommerce customer support.The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us!

Requirements :

• Open to explore candidates who is strong in Arabic both written and verbal.
• Language : Mandarin and or Cantonese, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable
• Customer-facing experience is desirable
• Knowledge of client’s procedures and products
• Ability to be resilient when dealing with situations
