We are seeking Business Analyst who will work closely with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to understand and analyze business needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a combination of healthcare knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information to both clinical and non-clinical teams .

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify areas for process optimization and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Act as a liaison between clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure effective communication of requirements and the successful delivery of projects.
• Work with healthcare professionals to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, ensuring they align with clinical and operational goals.
• Support the implementation and optimization of healthcare management systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR) , and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure that all business processes and systems comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH ).
• Provide training to clinical staff and other end-users on new systems and processes.
