Job description

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in providing full body massage.
  • No certification required (training and guidance will be provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.

Scopes :

  • Provide professional massage therapy services (e.g., traditional, aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, etc.) based on clients’ needs.
  • Assess clients’ physical condition and preferences to recommend appropriate massage techniques.
  • Ensure a comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.
  • Manage appointment schedules and provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Suggest wellness practices, relaxation techniques, or aftercare advice to clients when necessary.
  • Keep massage equipment, linens, and oils well-stocked and properly maintained.
  • Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and positive representation of the spa / wellness center.
