Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Agile Governance framework, policies and procedures to enhance organisational alignment and agility across Maybank's regional presence
• Conduct business or governance process improvement exercises to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions aligned with Agile principles to reduce time-to-market for Maybank’s products and initiatives
• Collaborate with governance owners across the bank, both locally and regionally, to embed and operationalise Agile Governance within their respective domains, ensuring the governance framework is tailored to the needs of different regions and entities while maintaining consistency with group-wide policies
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide Agile coaches and initiative owners on the agile governance process and its operationalisation
• Lead and oversee the implementation of Chapter Operating Model across the Group, ensuring alignment between Chapters and strategic initiative owners to facilitate execution and maximise benefits
• Track the effectiveness of key decisions made under Agile Governance and provide regular updates to the Transformation Steering Committee and / or Board
• Conduct training sessions for Agile Coaches, Chapters and initiative owners and squad members on the Agile Governance framework, policies and processes
• Assist in the identification and execution of additional strategy acceleration initiatives as directed by the Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer
