Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support
Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Draft letters, memos, and official communications.
Office Management
Oversee office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Ensure the office environment is organized, safe, and efficient.
Document & Record Management
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and company policies.
Human Resource & Staff Support
Assist with staff attendance, leave applications, and timesheets.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Meeting & Event Coordination
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
Finance & Procurement Support
Assist in basic finance tasks such as invoice processing, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
Liaise with the accounts department on payment matters.
Other Duties
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
