Job description

Requirements

  • Education : Minimum PMR / SPM.
  • Attitude : Must possess a positive attitude, be hardworking, and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience : No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Availability : Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

Payment & Transactions :

  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate POS / cash register for cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
  • Issue receipts and ensure correct cash balance at the end of the shift.

    • Customer Service :

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Greet and serve customers politely.

    • Order & Service :

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and hygienically.

    • Restaurant Maintenance :

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure customer comfort.
  • Assist with other restaurant duties as needed.

    • Working Hours :

  • 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
  • 6 working days per week
  • Rest day on a weekday
