We provide clients with continuous energy monitoring, analysis, and actionable cost‑saving recommendations — all without heavy upfront investment in hardware.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to grow Bao Service’s presence in Johor and Melaka . This is a remote, performance-driven role , ideal for someone who is resourceful, independent, and passionate about helping businesses manage energy costs better.

You don’t need to be an engineer — what matters most is your sales capability, initiative, and local connections .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive adoption of Bao Service’s energy efficiency offerings.
• Identify and engage potential clients such as factories, industrial estates, and commercial facilities .
• Conduct site visits, gather basic load or billing data, and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
• Present Energy Efficiency packages and explain ROI, payback, and performance outcomes clearly to clients.
• Track and report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback regularly.
