Job descriptionAssist doctor during procedures, or minor surgeries. Perform or assist in : Wound dressing Blood taking ECG, suctioning Administering medication (under supervision) Sterilize and maintain instruments / equipment according to SOPs. Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance. Coordinate waste disposal (sharps, clinical waste, etc.). SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education) or equivalent. Diploma / Certificate in Healthcare Support, Nursing, or related fields is a plus. Training in First Aid, CPR, or Basic Life Support is an advantage. Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality – patient care oriented. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and reliability – ready to assist whenever needed. Basic computer skills – familiar with clinic software, email, and MS Office. High standards of confidentiality and ethical behavior. Main Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Welcome patients politely and assist with registration and appointments.
- Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries professionally.
- Manage patient records
Handle billing and payments
Clinical Support to Doctor
Prepare consultation / examination rooms – ensure cleanliness and readiness.
Recording vitals (BP, temperature, height / weight, etc.)
Inventory & Facility Management
Monitor and replenish medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
