Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a restaurant branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards
- Lead a team of staff, mentoring and guiding them to achieve business goals and promote a positive work culture
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize operations
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and expansion
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment
- Manage inventory, supplies, and resources, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial goals
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in food management or a related fieldHigh school diploma, certificate, or diploma in a relevant fieldStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data and make informed business decisionsFluency in Chinese, Malay, and EnglishBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication platformsStrong problem-solving and adaptability skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyJob Type : Full-time
