We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors, including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Define the testing strategy and framework to ensure a high standard of testing and quality assurance is in place
  • Plan and manage various phases of testing (SIT, UAT & Regression). Manage the test case preparation, test data preparation, test cycles
  • Create test case template, test execution status reports template, and defects reports template (consolidated report from CRM and JIRA extracts)
  • Work with business and technical SME(s) for each stream like Front Office, Back Office, ERM, Interfaces etc. for detailed test case development as per the design documents
  • Perform test execution progress and issues (daily, weekly) during the test execution phase and track defect fixes and delivery, and deployment, and drive quality closure of defects
  • Coordinate with Bank's Project Manager, Murex Project Manager, IT team, and entire project team for successful completion and sign-off of SIT and UAT

Mandatory Skills Description

  • 10+ years of relevant Test Management experience for Murex
  • Knowledge on financial market products and their lifecycle
  • Experience on Murex setup and functional tests using various modules of Murex is desirable
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in working direct with Technical leads, project managers, and Business Analysts in business and IT organizations
  • Experience of the execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, and problem-solving skills; It would be important to have Murex Migration project experience
