About the role
As an HR Cum Purchasing Assistant at Tai Ohm Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's Human Resources and Purchasing functions. This full-time position is based in Perai, Penang, and will involve a diverse range of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Job Description :
- Assist in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and manage foreign worker matters including permit renewal and medical check-up.
- Prepare and maintain employees records, contracts, payroll verification and all other HR-related documentation to ensure accuracy of information with up-to-date details.
- Process training applications and coordinate training arrangements for employees.
- Provide administrative and purchasing support and assistance with any assigned tasks.
Requirements :
Good interpersonal and communication skills.At least 4 years relevant experience.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
